What is eBay's Final Value Fee for trading cards in 2026?
For non-store sellers, eBay charges 13.25% on the total amount of the sale up to $7,500, and 2.35% on the portion above $7,500. The same rate applies to sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, and all other trading cards and CCGs.
Does eBay charge Final Value Fees on shipping and sales tax?
Yes. The Final Value Fee is calculated on the item price plus shipping charged plus the sales tax eBay collects from the buyer. Most fee calculators leave out the tax portion, which understates your real fees.
What is eBay's per-order fee?
On top of the Final Value Fee, eBay charges $0.30 per order for orders of $10 or less and $0.40 for orders over $10, based on the order total before tax.
Why is my eBay fee higher than 13.25%?
Because the 13.25% applies to more than your item price. Once shipping, sales tax, and the per-order fee are included, your effective fee on the item price alone often works out to 15% or more, especially on low-priced cards.
